A word from our Director
Property has always been more than bricks and mortar to me. It's about creating a lasting investment, not only financially, but a place where families can grow, create memories, and build a future.
As Director of Renova Properties, I'm involved in every stage of the development process, from identifying opportunities and assessing feasibility through to design, construction, and final handover. Alongside property development, I also manage a residential and student accommodation portfolio, giving me first-hand experience of a property's entire lifecycle, from acquisition and construction to long-term ownership and management.
Managing completed properties has taught me that the decisions made during design and construction have a lasting impact. It's often the finer details, many of which go unnoticed, that determine how well a home performs, how easily it can be maintained, and how it will be valued years down the line. Those are the details I enjoy refining to deliver a better end product.
My background combines a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management with practical, hands-on experience gained from growing up in a family of property developers. Every project is approached with the same philosophy: build it as if you're going to own it for the rest of your life. Make informed decisions, invest in quality where it matters, and never take shortcuts that compromise the finished product.
Through this Insights section, I share the knowledge I've gained from working in the property industry.
