ABOUT

Renova Properties

A residential construction and property development company based in Stellenbosch, delivering carefully considered homes across the Cape Winelands.

WHAT RENOVA IS ABOUT

A better building experience

Building a home is a significant investment. The process behind it should be considered just as carefully as the finished home.

Renova brings together construction management, project coordination and property development experience to manage each project from planning through to completion.

We focus on the things that make a project work: clear communication, disciplined execution, careful coordination and attention to detail.
